It genuinely depends on what you need — which is why we quote every project individually rather than publishing package prices that fit nobody. After a free scoping call you'll have a fixed, written number. If it doesn't work for your budget, we'll tell you what a smaller version could look like.
Most websites take a few weeks from kickoff to launch; mobile apps take longer, depending on what they do. Your quote comes with a timeline, and if you have a hard deadline — a season, an opening, a launch event — tell us up front and we'll plan around it.
Yes — completely. The code, the design, the domain, the hosting, and the app store accounts are all registered to you. If we part ways tomorrow, everything keeps working and any competent developer can take over.
Usually, yes. We'll look at what you have and give you an honest read: sometimes it's a focused fix, sometimes a redesign on your existing platform, and occasionally starting fresh is cheaper than repairing. You get the options and the numbers; you choose.
That's what our SEO and GEO work is for. SEO covers the classics: technical health, page speed, local listings, and content that ranks. GEO — generative engine optimization — is the newer half: structuring your site so AI assistants like ChatGPT and Perplexity mention your business when people ask for recommendations. Nobody honest guarantees a #1 spot, but you'll get plain-English monthly reports showing exactly what we did and what it moved.
It's software that handles the repetitive parts of your week so a person doesn't have to. Reading invoices instead of retyping them, drafting replies to enquiries, sending you a weekly summary without anyone building it. We start by looking at where your time actually goes and telling you honestly which parts are worth automating — some aren't. Nothing goes out to your customers without you approving it, and the running cost is usually a few dollars a month, paid on your own account with no markup from us.

Some clients take the handover and run everything themselves; others move onto a monthly care plan — updates, security patches, backups, monitoring, and a set allowance of small changes. Care plans are quoted with your project, clearly, and only if you want one. Bigger changes are quoted separately, as always.

We set up hosting, your domain, and any service accounts in your name with your payment details, so the bills (typically $10–40 a month for most business sites) go straight from the providers to you. Your quote spells out the real figures before you commit. If you'd rather not think about any of it, our care plans include managing those accounts for you — but they stay yours either way.
A deposit secures your place in the schedule, and the balance is split across milestones tied to work you've reviewed and approved. You're never paying for anything you haven't seen.
